Matthew Potter

M.S. in Optical Science and Engineering

During Mr. Potter’s time at UNC Charlotte, he researched laser-induced damage thresholds in various media and reflectivity of absorbed molecules on metal surfaces for defense applications. Since graduating in 2017, Mr. Potter now resides in Southern Maryland, where he works for the Department of the Navy as the Electro-Optic/Infrared Sensors Advanced Development Lead.
